Positive aspects:
Terrific location; lovely rooms with modern features; a beautiful concert hall right across the street and some of the best shopping in Berlin 2 blocks away.

Negative aspects:
The staff could be a little more friendly and it would be nice if they told us in advance that the breakfast was not included in the room rate (ridiculously expensive, as we found out later)
